Rewards Policy

Welcome to the JamsFam Rewards program! This program is operated by Jams Frozen PB&J Inc. and is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older.

1. How It Works

Each box of Jams includes two (2) Jams Points Cards worth 50 points each (100 points total per box). Customers may cut out and collect these cards, then mail them in to redeem rewards as outlined on the official JamsFam Rewards Prize Sheet available at [getjams.com/rewards] and governed by the terms on this page.

2. Redeeming Rewards

To redeem a prize:

  • Choose your reward from the official prize sheet.
  • Collect the required number of points.
  • Complete and mail the form provided in the prize sheet.
  • Include your Jams Points Cards and the completed form in your envelope.
  • Multiple redemptions may be submitted in a single envelope, provided the total point value matches the total value of requested prizes.

Mailing address is provided on the official prize sheet PDF. Please make sure to include all requested information accurately.

3. Eligibility

This program is open to U.S. residents only. Participants must be at least 13 years old.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

Jams Frozen PB&J Inc. covers all shipping costs for prizes. Fulfillment typically takes between 8–10 weeks. Prizes will not go out of stock.
Jams is not responsible for lost or misdelivered mail. We recommend tracking your envelope or using a delivery confirmation service, especially for high-point redemptions.

5. Program Changes and Termination

The JamsFam Rewards program is ongoing, but Jams Frozen PB&J Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without notice.

6. Fraud Prevention

If we detect suspicious activity, such as tampered or counterfeit Jams Points Cards, we reserve the right to reject any redemption and will contact you regarding the issue.
Suspicious activity includes, but is not limited to: submitting photocopied or duplicated cards, excessive redemptions within a short period, or inconsistent information across submissions.
Any submitted cards determined to be fraudulent or altered will be void and will not be returned.

7. Privacy

We do not retain personal information from the order form. All forms are returned with the prizes.
By listing your email on the form, you consent to receive marketing emails from Jams. You can unsubscribe at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jams Frozen PB&J Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Lost, stolen, late, misdirected, or damaged mail
  • Inaccurate information submitted by participants
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in this program

Participation in the JamsFam Rewards program constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these terms.
